"Black Swans" is an impressionist watercolor completed in 2015.  This work was inspired by a pair of swans living on Duck Pond in Gainesville, Florida.  They share their home on Duck Pond with a family of Toulouse geese.  Duck Pond is narrow with brick retaining walls along two banks.  This sets up interesting reflecting wave patterns when the swans swim and splash the water.
